One of our specializations is in hospitality appraisal. Whether for assessment purposes and court presentations, or for financing purposes, our associates have extensive experience in a wide range of hospitality categories.

We routinely analyze everything from limited service to full service hotels. We also make presentations at the Iowa Property Assessment Appeal Board (PAAB) and at district court, as well as discussing findings with Assessor’s, property owners, and their representative counsels.

Assignments for assessment purposes can be completed on a phased basis with preliminary conclusions reported and discussed before final analysis and reports are prepared.
